Jegan Kanaganayakam

Jegan Kanaganayakam is Senior Director of Delivery and Governance with CIBC’s Fraud Management team. He leads project delivery, program management, and governance for initiatives focused on enhancing fraud controls, strengthening core infrastructure, and increasing resiliency. Kanaganayakam has deep experience in process engineering and optimization and has previously paired this expertise with service design and behavioral economics to enable meaningful transformations. Jegan is passionate about advancing fraud management and finding new ways to support, engage, and empower clients in the fight against fraud.
